FEATURES AND LOCATION 

This property is part of the Sierras de Gaspar mountain range and, more specifically, the central section of Cerro Champaquí. 

 

The central range of Cerro Champaquí is divided into three sections: the Sierra de Gaspar, which ends to the north near Cruz del Eje and, to the south, drops in elevation and widens into the La Pampa de Olaen and San Luis plains.

 

Continuing southward, you come to the Achala Mountains, until you reach Champaquí, where the Comechingones Mountains begin; their ridge marks the border between the provinces of San Luis and Córdoba.

 

 The distance from the city of Córdoba to the property is 155 km.

Near the Estancia de la Candelaria, which was built by the Jesuits in 1683 and became the finest example of a mountain-region settlement dedicated to extensive livestock farming—primarily mules—for the transport of goods to and from Upper Peru

It is the source of several rivers, such as the Yuspe River. It is located at an elevation of 1,700 meters above sea level..

 The property covers an area of 100 hectares and is currently unoccupied. The title deeds are in order, and all taxes are up to date. The property is demarcated by stone walls in some areas and barbed wire in others. 

 

 FUN FACTS 

 

 The countryside is dotted with stone walls built over the years; these are further remnants of indigenous culture. There are excellent views of the Macizo de los Gigantes from various points throughout the countryside.
